Workspace Coordinator.

Full Time • £30,000–£36,000 • On-site

At Yonder, we’re not just a climbing wall, we're a place where people work, create, connect, and unwind. Our building brings together a bouldering gym, co-working space, studios, workshop, and café-bar to create a genuine community hub.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be at the heart of that community.

As Workspace Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face of our co-working space, getting to know members, keeping things running smoothly, and helping build a place people genuinely want to spend their day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the main point of contact for workspace members

  • Creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where people feel they belong

  • Managing memberships, enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day admin

  • Showing potential members around and running trial days

  • Keeping the space clean, organised, and running smoothly

  • Planning socials, networking events, and community activities

  • Working closely with our Front of House and management teams

  • Helping us improve, grow, and keep the workspace thriving

We Think You’ll Enjoy This Role If You…

  • Love meeting people and building genuine relationships

  • Take pride in creating great experiences for others

  • Are organised and like keeping things running smoothly

  • Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool

  • Notice when something could be better — and do something about it

  • Enjoy being part of a creative, active environment

You don’t need years of corporate experience — if you’ve worked in hospitality, events, retail, community spaces, or similar, we want to hear from you.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

  • Co-working spaces or community venues

  • Membership systems or booking platforms

  • Events, socials, or marketing

  • Sales, tours, or converting enquiries into members

  • Climbing, wellbeing, or creative communities

None of these are essential.

What You’ll Get

  • Free climbing membership

  • Discounts in the café and shop

  • Access to the workspace

  • A genuinely supportive team

  • A role where you’ll know people by name, not ticket number

  • The chance to shape a growing community space
