Access to Climbing.
Climbing should be open to everyone.
Through community sessions, concessional memberships and creative events, we're working to remove the barriers that keep people off the wall.
Climbing is one of the most effective activities for mental and physical wellbeing — but cost, unfamiliarity and social barriers keep a lot of people from ever trying it. We're changing that. Yonder CIC works with community groups, schools, charities and Waltham Forest Council to reach people who face barriers to climbing, whether social, economic, or cultural.

Our Programmes.
Our Access to Climbing work runs across two programmes, each designed to reach different people and break down a different barrier.
Climbing for Wellbeing and Help to Climb.
Powered by YONDER CIC.
Yonder CIC is the not-for-profit sister company of Climbing Creative (trading as Yonder). We exist to break down the barriers — financial, social and cultural — that stop people in our community from accessing the spaces and opportunities that support health, sport, work and connection.
Our focus is the London Borough of Waltham Forest, centred on Blackhorse Road (E17). We also welcome people from adjoining boroughs — Hackney, Haringey and Newham — who face similar barriers.
