Hatha yoga helps to relieve stress, support healthy habits, improve emotional health, ease back and arthritis pain, and enhance vital energy.

A dynamic yoga practice inspired by functional range conditioning and the Ido Portal method.
Make strength where you need it, and space where you don’t have it. Optimise yourself by isolating joints so that muscles operate properly to unlock usable ranges of motion. When each joint in your body can move without compensation from other areas, you maximise potential.
Create a practice of sustainable intensity that balances strength and flexibility. Learn to work with and heal old injuries.
Think bullet proof wrists and shoulders, clean folds for smoother floats, stability for arm balances, backbends that don’t hurt your back, and conceptual consistency that makes your own body the map for moving meditation.
The mission is to connect the dots between Yoga, meditation, strength, flexibility mobility & lifestyle to support your potential – body, mind & spirit and keep you on the wall for longer!
Every ‘body’ welcome.
